I am a third-generation realtor with a passion for serving the Santa Cruz community. From the pioneering spirit of my great grandmother, Clara, who at 60 blazed trails in real estate to the dynamic duo of my mom, Judy Phillips, and Aunt Barbara Schatan, known as the Schatan Sisters, I've inherited a legacy of excellence in this industry.

I have been in real estate since 2001 when I bought my first home. I earned my REALTOR® license in 2015, I've been deeply involved in the Seabright neighborhood, where my office is located. Serving both the local community and the broader Greater Bay Area, I'm committed to fostering partnerships and building a sense of community as a founding member of the Midtown Business Association. More recently, in 2023 I became certified as a CELA (Certified Expert Listing Agent) and a CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) hosting art openings and receptions at my office and joined the board of the Santa Cruz Art League. I specialize in primary residential, investment property, transition specialist in relocation, trust sales, and 1031 exchanges.

In 2015, I found my professional home at 1142 Soquel Avenue with Vanguard Realtors, a boutique agency known for delivering top-notch service I was mentored by Linda Charman. Post Covid our same location swapped brokerages as we worked from home. I made the move to Epique Realty after a two month search.  Supported by a dedicated team both in and out of the office, including working with a team at the escrow and title company, transaction coordinators, property inspectors, general contractors, handymen, landscapers, and more, I ensure every client receives comprehensive support every step of the way.

My roots run deep in Santa Cruz, having grown up on the Westside and now residing on the Eastside with my wonderful husband, hilarious seven chickens, and our beloved poodle, Ollie. Our sons, Amir and Rumi were raised in Santa Cruz City schools and now are in college in Northern and Southern California. When I'm not busy with real estate, you'll likely find me exploring different cultures through travel or enjoying the beautiful beaches.
